Getting started with online banking
Once you have registered for online banking, you will receive your Logon ID and authentication code
- On the Client Area of our website, click on Login to Online Banking
- Enter your Logon ID and authentication code
- Follow the onscreen instructions to enter a password of your choice
- Next, you will be asked to authenticate your access by requesting an OTP (One-Time Passcode). You can choose whether to receive your OTP by SMS text message or by an automated telephone call to a number registered with us
- Enter the 6-digit OTP you receive and press ‘Submit’
- You will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions before proceeding
- You can now access your account online
- For future access to online banking, you just need to enter either your Logon ID or User ID, the password you created and an OTP which you request each time you login.
Should you wish to create your own User Name that is more memorable than the Logon ID we have provided, you can do so under ‘My Profile’’, then ‘Assign User Name’.
