Be Scam Aware

NEVER disclose your One Time Passcode (OTP) or PIN over the phone, even if your bank asks for it.

Be alert to imposters, on the phone, via email, by text and on social media. Think before you click on any links in emails and texts.

Be wary of offers which look too good to be true.

If you receive an OTP you did not request, or you think you may have been the victim of fraud, then report to your bank immediately.

Our Banking Support teams are available to assist with digital channel queries between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and between 9.00am and 1.00pm on Saturday.
