If you have misplaced your card and would like to temporarily freeze transactions on your card, you can do this through our Cards App or by calling us on +44 (0)20 7012 2900.

The easiest way to change your personal details is with a Secure Message from within Online Banking or the Mobile app.
Via online banking or mobile app:
- Once you have logged in, go to the “Secure Messages” tab and click on “Send Message” in the drop down box.
- Select “Personal Detail Changes” as the subject and the relevant account number before completing the form.

By digital channels
Additional support is available to assist with queries relating to our digital channels. Please contact our Banking Support team by telephone between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday or 9:00am and 1:00pm on Saturday.
By secure message
- You can send us a secure message from your Online Banking account. Our Banking Support team will respond to your message between 8:00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- To send a secure message go to the “Secure Messages” tab and click on “Send Message”.
- You can select a subject for the message and reference an account number. Attachments can be included with secure messages.
- To view your secure messages, go to “Secure Messages” and click on “View Messages”.
Secure Messages will be actioned within two Business Days of receipt. If the matter is urgent please contact us by telephone.
