We are delighted to announce that Chris Allen, Wealth Planning Director, has been recognised as a PAM 2023 NextGen Leader.

These awards are based on PAM Insight's experience and knowledge of who is rising to the top quickly, and why. An open call is made for nominations with PAM’s readers suggesting rising stars they feel should make the list.

Why Chris Allen was nominated

Chris Allen, a Chartered Financial Planner, has developed a strong trust-based personal brand and enjoys high advocacy across the bank, with his network of professional introducers, and above all his clients. He makes significant contributions across all business lines and consistently receives outstanding feedback from clients and colleagues.

Our experience with Arbuthnot Latham has been very positive. The support from Chris Allen has really been excellent,” shared a private client.

During the last few challenging years, Chris has shone against the backdrop of disruption, remaining focussed on clients’ personal lives and wellbeing. He also champions our cultural values and supports our internship scheme where he aims to inspire and mentor the next generation entering the industry.

How PAM select NextGen Leaders

Factors considered in compiling the winners include the reputation or performance of the company that the nominee works for, feedback from senior executives, trajectory of their promotion and/or business development success, relative years of experience, and active involvement in promoting good organisational culture.
