Arbuthnot Latham named Outstanding Private Bank for Client Engagement 2023
We are delighted to have been named Outstanding Private Bank for Client Engagement at this year’s Private Banking & Wealth Management Conference & Awards.
This award recognises the private bank that has gone above and beyond in engaging its clients. In making their decision, the judges considered factors including our service performance record, customer engagement statistics, use of technology and social media, and initiatives undertaken over the past year.
A key part of being able to demonstrate our focus on client engagement was based on the findings from our 2022 client survey. A standout achievement was our clients’ satisfaction with their relationship manager, which came in at an impressive 9.28 out of 10. The survey also revealed that our clients are more likely to refer us than the industry average.
We were also recognised for continuing to evolve and adapt. In 2022, we refined our segmentation approach to gain a deeper understanding of our clients and to service and support them more effectively.
