Lost or stolen card
If your debit or charge card is lost or stolen, please call us immediately on +44 (0)20 7012 2900 (available 24 hours).
Block your card
If your card has been lost or stolen, or if you have temporarily misplaced it, we recommend that you block your card immediately so no payments can be made with it. This is easily done in our cards app. If you do not have our cards app, you can read more about how to download it here.
- Log in to the cards app
- Select the card you wish to block
- Under ‘Card block’ move the toggle to ‘on’ and your card will be blocked – you can unblock your card at any time by moving the toggle to ‘off’.

Report suspected fraud
For all card fraud matters or to report your card lost or stolen, call us immediately on +44 (0)20 7012 2900 (available 24 hours).
For all other fraud, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)20 7012 2500 (available 24 hours).
