- You can send us a secure message from your Online Banking account. Our Banking Support team will respond to your message between 8:00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
- To send a secure message, go to the ‘Secure Messages’ tab and click on ‘Send Message’
- You can select a subject for the message and reference an account number. Attachments can be included with secure messages
- To view your secure messages, go to ‘Secure Messages’ and click on ‘View Messages’.
Secure messages will be actioned within two business days of receipt. If the matter is urgent please contact us by telephone.
