Appointment of new independent non-executive director
The Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Fletcher as a new, non- independent, non-executive director, with effect from 1 June 2026. Mr. Fletcher will also rejoin the board of Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited, the Company's banking subsidiary, as a non-executive director from that date.
