We are delighted to win the COLWMA Wealth Management Company of the Year Award 2024.
These awards are highly competitive, however the COLWMA award winners are selected based on the votes of our clients. We are grateful for the support received from all our clients and the wider network for taking the time to cast their votes.
We make a conscious effort to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our clients. We celebrated significant achievements following our results at the end of December 2023:
- We welcomed over 110 new wealth management clients, totaling approximately 3,700 clients in private banking and wealth management.
- Customer loans increased 6% to £2.3bn.
- There was a 21% rise in customer deposits to £3.8bn.
- Assets under management grew by a remarkable 29% to £1.71bn.
- Profits before tax surged to an impressive £47.1m from £20.0m in 2022.
This growth was achieved by continuously listening to feedback from clients and ensuring we meet their evolving needs.
Beyond the financials, we are dedicated to building deep and long-lasting client relationships – connecting on what matters to them most. We have always made listening to clients a priority through formal and informal feedback.
In 2023 we evolved our client listening, from feedback surveys to establishing a client council , so we can work hand-in-hand with clients on our products and services.
