Directorate Change: Resignation of non-executive director
Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC (“the Company”) announces that Jayne Almond, independent non executive director, has decided to step down from its Board with effect from 1 September 2026 in order to focus on her other commitments. Jayne Almond is a member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
