Change in Director's Responsibilities
The board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("Arbuthnot" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that Nigel Boardman, an independent non-executive director of the Company since June 2019, has agreed to take on the additional responsibility of serving as Deputy Chairman of the Group’s principal subsidiary, Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd. Nigel has been appointed a director and Deputy Chairman of Arbuthnot Latham & Co. Ltd with effect from 1 January, 2022.
